I started training with Jess 1 year ago. I had injured my ankle playing basketball and needed someone to help with both my fitness and my limited mobility. At the time I thought I would only commit for 2 months until my ankle was better. However after the initial 2 month period, I could both see and feel the outstanding results of working with Jess And more importantly, I was enjoying training with Jess. I couldn’t give her up.
Jess’s training style suits me. She is always doing something different and training with her is never boring. She motivates and pushes me, so I train as hard as I can. Jess makes me want to train.
Since I started training with Jess, I have toned up considerably and in the process lost 8kgs of fat I didn’t think I could ever lose. I have gained a different level of fitness. I have also gone from running 5kms in 38 minutes to running 5kms in under 25 minutes. I have participated in the Bridge to Brisbane 10kms, Mousdash 10.5kms (around Mount Coot-Tha) and the Resolution Run 11kms, achieving times I never thought possible. In March I am committed to run in a half marathon.
