Gaby

Hi my name is Gaby. I am approaching my 2nd anniversary with MissFit. I have always lived a very active lifestyle, right up until the day I gave birth to my first child in 2010. At this point life became so busy, fitness took a backseat. This however immediately changed the day I attended my first session at MissFit in July 2014. It was love at first muscle pain and since that day I have never looked back. MissFit has provided me with both physical and emotional sustenance. MissFit in my eyes is not just a gym, but also a place to distress, laugh, cry and hang out with the most amazing ladies in Brisbane.

I must say that the coaches should be applauded for their endless enthusiasm and passion. They have created a culture within the gym that supersedes any other gyms. The sessions are always challenging, unique and cater for diverse ability levels. These crucial elements allow everyone to move at their own pace and achieve personal goals, while inadvertently motivating others.

My kids also share my enthusiasm for MissFit. The ‘pen’ area for children is my saving grace! Without this facility I would not be able to achieve what I have. My kids feel as comfortable as I do, which allows me to get my hour in most days.

To conclude, I am sure that you will all agree that life is challenging at times, whether it is pressure on the work front, tough days at home, ‘relationship renovations’, or sickness. MissFit has always been my stress relief. A place where I can regroup and work my butt off with great people. If I could sum MissFit up in one word I would have to say it’s a phenomenon!!! It has brought me so much happiness and presented me with friendships that I will maintain forever. I wouldn’t and won’t be going anywhere else! I can’t end without throwing in some much needed hashtags!!!  #missfitobsessed #missfitthenewpink #girlsthatsweattogetherpartytogether #ifyou’renotmissfittingyou’renotliving
