I started as a client at MissFit in 2014 which re-ignited my passion for strength training. I have always been interested in fitness and love helping other women feel amazing, and I’m so excited to combine these two passions into one job! My background in counselling and wellness coaching means I take a holistic approach to health and fitness. I have experience in several gyms training individuals one-on-one in strength and weight loss, as well as running group fitness sessions specialising in strength, kettlebells, rehabilitation and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). I have also worked extensively with beginner clients, introducing them to a personalised and enjoyable approach to training that is progressive and sustainable for them long-term. I’m here to help you exceed your expectations physically and mentally which will not only get you feeling fit and healthy, but to realise how strong you really are!
