Protein Cakes for Weight Loss

People have been asking about a recipe I use to make protein cakes.  You can add anything to these!
 
Ok, this is the base:
 
12 eggwhites: 3 Yolks
A dash of skim milk
 
For Tuna protein cakes:
add 95gms tuna
1/4 of green capsicum (chopped)
1/2 tomato (chopped)
a little shake of all spice (garlic)
1/4 onion (chopped)
 
For a little bit of added carbohydrates, if you are going to make them a lunch meal just add 1 cup of rice or consider serving with a whloegrain breadroll.
 
For chocolate protein cakes just add to the base:
1 & a half scoops of your favourite protein powder
1 cup of cooked plain oats
or
1 cup of low fat muesli

Method for cooking your protein cakes
 
Use a muffic cooking tray
Spray with Olive Oil spray
Pour in your mixture
 
Keep a watch on them, checking them so you dont over-cook them and make rubber balls instead…
they should take about 10-15 minutes with your oven on 200 degrees
 
You will have no excuses to snack on rubbish because you will have your yummy protein cakes!
