HIIT is a great way to get in shape and is short for high intensity interval training. HIIT /Box is a cardiovascular exercise strategy combining interval weights with short periods of rest and a boxing bang at the end.
Mat Pilates focuses on developing and strengthening your legs, stomach, lower and upper back muscles. Exercising on the mat provides resistance against gravity. This workout helps build, sculpt and tone muscles, giving your body a long, lean look. Pilates can aid in flexibility and improving posture, as stretching your body is a vital part of class.
PowerMet combines both strength and cardio conditioning, as well as both anaerobic and aerobic exercises. During PowerMet, you moderately to intensely exert yourself for an exhilarating metabolic shock to the system.
PowerMet & Mobility
PowerMet and Mobility is a 45-minute group session that will focus on 7 fundamental movement patterns: • Squat • Hinge • Lunge • Push • Pull • Carry • Rotation The session will consist of two parts – 20 minutes Metcon (metabolic conditioning) and 20 minutes Mobility. PowerMet & Mobility combines both strength and conditioning, as well as both anaerobic and aerobic exercises. The benefits of metcon workouts include flexibility, time efficiency, and help with breaking through a plateau.
Pump It Out
Turn up and expect the unexpected. These classes can involve anything ranging from boxing, weights, abs, kettlebells, bodyweighted exercises, suspension training, running & partner drills.

We start the class with 30 mins of body sculpting using free weights (bodyweight, dumbbells and barbells) focussing on higher repetitions. The final 30 mins of the class is devoted to cardio. A perfect full body workout.
This is a metabolic conditioning program using training methods derived from weightlifting, power lifting, running, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyometics, rowing and many other sporting disciplines.
Burst out of work for BURST training which is designed to shred & strip away excess kilos and skyrocket your FITNESS to the next level. Also ideal for SHIFT WORKERS, STUDENTS, MUMS with kids at school as the class is held at midday and runs for 45 minutes.
1-hour Class concentrating on Butt, Legs and Thighs to Increase tone and shape in this lower body area. Number strictly limited to 8 in the group. You must book for this class.
Get involved in our outdoor exercise on Thursday mornings at 5.45am. Meet at the café at the top of the KP steps and we head out from there doing hills, stairs, interval running and flats. Not only a great calorie burn but also very social too.

Beginners Boot Camp is a safe environment for new ladies to test their skills & fitness levels. Our trainer will take you through a MissFit Class while ensuring you are shown the correct form on each exercise. Learn the basic fundamentals of training through body weighted exercises and cardiovascular workouts. At the end of the class our trainer will discuss the best options for you to achieve your goals.
