12-Week Challenge FAQ’s

What happens if I miss a class?

You can make-up classes throughout your 12 week challenge.

Do I have to attend the same classes each week?

No. You are entitled to receive 4 classes per week on the program. You can feel free to change them up on a weekly basis to suit your personal timetable

What level of fitness do you need to be to join?

We cater to all fitness levels. It is our job as trainers to train ALL levels. MissFit has been conducting 12 week challenges in Brisbane for nearly 10 years so we have a lot of experience in training beginner, intermediate to advanced levels of fitness.

When will the first payment be taken?

You pay a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your place in the challenge. Your weekly payments are deducted from your nominated account when we officially commence the program.

Can I pull out once I have started?

No. The 12WC is a packaged deal which includes more than just your training. Once you start the program you have committed to completing it.

I have a pre-existing injury. Can you modify exercises for me?

Yes. Both trainer and client need to have a firm understanding of what the injury limitations are before starting. Alternative exercises can be given, and clients are urged to “listen” to their bodies and never push past pain.

Will I be given a nutritional plan?

Yes. You will receive our MissFit Meal Plans which include 18 separate meal plans with 40 dinner recipes and 100 x 100 snack options. They are gold!

I am a vegetarian, will these plan suit me?

Yes. We have vegetarian meal plans / recipes in the book and also offer meat alternatives.

How quickly can I expect to see results?

You can expect to see results within 3-6 weeks if you are sticking to the plan 100%.
