I have worked as a Personal Trainer specifically with women for over 10 years. Prior to becoming a PT I was a dancer – professionally trained in Classical Ballet and Contemporary Dance. It was originally my love of movement, physicality, fitness and wellbeing that led me to becoming a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.
The areas I specialise in are posture, flexibility, alignment, exercise technique and weight loss. I have worked with clients from all walks of life including through and post pregnancy, during injury rehabilitation, and to help them achieve sporting and weight loss goals. I love teaching women to be empowered in their training and it’s so rewarding to witness people achieving their goals no matter how big or small.
