Qualifications Certificate III & IV in fitness Blue and yellow card holder CPR and First aid certified Student registered nurse I am a strength and conditioning coach striving to give women a space to achieve their goals and exceed their own expectations. I am a trainer because I love what I do, and I love seeing women feel empowered in their bodies and minds. I specialise in weight training, functional movement patterns, improving cardiovascular fitness, core and stability training, and mobility. I started my own training journey when I was 16 with a focus on functional training and then transitioned into powerlifting and strongman. I eventually moved into Crossfit a few years later. I am now a triathlete, while continuing my focus on strength training in the gym. My training is forever evolving and I love discovering new sports and new ways I can include fitness into my life. I strive to try new things and push myself out of my comfort zone. I have the capacity to coach athletes through to women who are completely new to the gym. I tailor all my programs to suit you and not the other way around. I have experience in coaching teens through older adults, and understand everyone’s fitness journey is different. Fitness is about feeling good and moving well. I’m here to help you get there.
