I am originally from Taiwan and I’ve been a PT in Australia since 2017. I have always been interested in health and fitness. I was a competitive bodybuilder for 3 years (top 3 in my division), powerlifting for 2 years (top 2 in my weight class), and now into short distance trail running. I have been training for 10+ years and now my training includes some running (mostly on trails), functional training, weight training and a bit of boxing.
To me, being a PT is more than just a career. I share my knowledge to help my clients to move better, feel better, and eventually adopt a healthy lifestyle. When I see my clients making progress and making better choices that makes me smile and very proud!
