I started one-on-one PT sessions [with Tannis], in addition to my group sessions, to focus on some rehab I needed as I was suffering neck/shoulder pain (from ‘office desk job’ & poor posture.
Working with my Physio/Osteo, Tannis came up with my weekly program to help strengthen my muscles in my back, upper body & core areas. I found that these sessions really improved my strength and managed my ongoing problems. She’s smart, thorough and REALLY knows her stuff…and she really cares.
Doing 1 to 2 PT sessions a week (plus 1 group session) made a big difference to my health and well-being. I enjoyed the slower, yet stronger, sessions and I now have ‘guns’ which is a bonus!
