I’m a busy mum of 3 young boys and I also run my own business which can be quite stressful and demanding. I recognise the need to prioritise fitness into my busy lifestyle and the only way for me is to lock in set times each week with a personal trainer to ensure it actually happens.

I train 3 times per week for 45 minutes with Kate and Tannis and I just love the variety both girls offer. I come in, they have set plans for me, and I don’t have to think about it, I just do it!

It’s a great way for me to start my day before heading into work and I find I think more clearly and am more equipped for the day ahead.
