In January 2015 I decided to take some PT sessions with Kate @ MissFit.  Not sure what I was getting myself into as I had not trained for quite some time due to work travels and injuries.

I had joined gyms before only to last a month and waste my money.  The PT training I have received has not only made me a fitter/stronger person but has kept me motivated to train for over 2 years.  I feel empowered with every session and motivated to be the best I can be each day.

In the PT training the trainers take the time to ensure my form is right in every exercise you do to ensure I work the right muscles and get the results I want.  Each sessions is different – no room for repetition @ MissFit.

I enjoy being pushed hard and bettering myself, so the PT training has really suited my style of training.
