If you’re just starting out at exercise or wanting some extra coaching, personal training is the way to go. Kate has helped me so much during my time in PT. But it’s more than just the training.
We’ve had so many long chats about nutrition and mindset. I’ve never had any other trainer spend this quality time with me, not to mention the constant support via private messaging on facebook to keep me on track outside of our sessions. She’s not just a trainer to me, but a friend and mentor.
I know I have a long way to go, but I’m progressing every session and I’m really enjoying seeing the physical changes that I’m making now which makes all the effort so worthwhile.
