We get it. Life’s full-on. That glass of wine might feel like your only moment of peace.
But here’s something worth trying:
Book an evening training session instead of pouring the glass.
Come move your body. Blow off steam.
Get the dopamine hit from movement, not merlot.
You don’t have to quit forever. But even a few booze-free weeks can do wonders for your body and mind.
