PowerMet
PowerMet combines both strength and cardio conditioning, as well as both anaerobic and aerobic exercises. During PowerMet, you moderately to intensely exert yourself for an exhilarating metabolic shock to the system.
Pump It Out
Turn up and expect the unexpected. These classes can involve anything ranging from boxing, weights, abs, kettlebells, bodyweighted exercises, suspension training, running & partner drills.
XFIT WOW
This is a metabolic conditioning program using training methods derived from weightlifting, power lifting, running, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyometics, rowing and many other sporting disciplines.
Cardio Box
Fun boxing drills combined with bodyweight exercises, plyometrics and abs with some running and skipping aimed to improve your cardiovascular endurance out of sight.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Heart rate up, heart rate down. Let’s burn some calories. HIIT is super effective because you are able to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat than ever before.
Fit Cycle

Cycling is your answer! It’s low impact, high reward, and guaranteed to get your legs and glutes in top shape.
Our fit cycle class takes it up a notch.
20 mins of cycling to boost endurance, burn calories and sculpt the lower body. 20 mins of weights. Add strength and definition for the ultimate burn.

Burst
Burst out of work for BURST training which is designed to shred & strip away excess kilos and skyrocket your FITNESS to the next level. Also ideal for SHIFT WORKERS, STUDENTS, MUMS with kids at school as the class is held at midday and runs for 45 minutes.
Baby Boot Camp (BBC)
If you want to GET FIT WITH YOUR BABY & GET YOUR BODY BACK in 6 easy weeks then you’re going to be excited about Baby Boot Camp – MissFit’s postnatal fitness program for new mums and bubs. Baby Boot Camp pram based fitness classes are designed specifically to help mums get fit at a time in their life when they need it the most. At class we are on the move with the prams, boxing, lifting weights, regaining core strength and building our best bodies ever!
Run Club
Get involved in our outdoor exercise on Thursday mornings at 5.45am. Meet at the café at the top of the KP steps and we head out from there doing hills, stairs, interval running and flats. Not only a great calorie burn but also very social too.
BLT
1-hour Class concentrating on Butt, Legs and Thighs to Increase tone and shape in this lower body area. Number strictly limited to 8 in the group. You must book for this class.
30/30
We start the class with 30 mins of body sculpting using free weights (bodyweight, dumbbells and barbells) focussing on higher repetitions. The final 30 mins of the class is devoted to cardio. A perfect full body workout.

Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates focuses on developing and strengthening your legs, stomach, lower and upper back muscles. Exercising on the mat provides resistance against gravity. This workout helps build, sculpt and tone muscles, giving your body a long, lean look. Pilates can aid in flexibility and improving posture, as stretching your body is a vital part of class.
Beginners Boxing
Learn basic boxing technique in a small group environment. All you need is your own pair of gloves and we will provide the pads. You will be shown basic striking and easy fun boxing combinations.
Beginners BLT
Training legs as a beginner can be a bit overwhelming as there’s so many leg exercises to choose from.
We get our beginner clients concentrating on the essentials, squats, step ups, lunges, lateral movements, hinging movements using bodyweight, bands, dumbbells, kettlebells and trx suspension.
The reps are kept lower and intervals shorter so that good form and technique can be maintained throughout the 45 min class.
Beginners Weights
Our Beginners Weights class prioritizes proper form over lifting heavy weights. At first mastering bodyweight exercises and selecting lighter weights is a good idea in order to build a strong foundation and develop full body movement patterns that set you up for success.
This class offers lower repetitions and shorter intervals so our clients can maintain good form while learning new exercises.
PowerMet & Mobility
PowerMet and Mobility is a 45-minute group session that will focus on 7 fundamental movement patterns:
• Squat
• Hinge
• Lunge
• Push
• Pull
• Carry
• Rotation
The session will consist of two parts – 20 minutes Metcon (metabolic conditioning) and 20 minutes Mobility. PowerMet & Mobility combines both strength and conditioning, as well as both anaerobic and aerobic exercises. The benefits of metcon workouts include flexibility, time efficiency, and help with breaking through a plateau.
