"I signed up for baby boot camp because I was feeling pretty lousy about the state my body was in. I'd recently had a baby and I was really keen to lose weight. I loved the concept of having my baby with me at all of the training sessions - and we sometimes even incorporated our babies into the exercises we did. I thought I already knew about healthy food, but I've learnt even more about what foods I should & shouldn't be eating to maximise my weight loss. The training sessions were always such a great start to my day because they gave me so much energy & boosted my mood. By the end of baby boot camp, I was thrilled to find most of my clothes no longer fit me. I am amazed at my level of fitness now - I've never been able to do a full push up before - from the ankles! I'm now back at my pre-pregnancy weight and my husband can't keep his hands off me!!
