"I started seeing Kate approximately six months ago. I thought I knew about nutrition and food and just wanted someone to train me hard. I wasn't getting the results I wanted, so I spoke to Kate about my food and what I really wanted to achieve. We discused the MISSFIT 12-week challenge and that's what I decided to embark upon.
I can honestly say that I have achieved some great results:
- In 12 weeks I have gone from a size 16 to a size 12. I have lost 10kg, and have toned up and slimmed down in places I didn't think were possible. ALL THIS IN 12 WEEKS!
- Now I can fit into my favourite pants, which I have not been able to wear in four years!
Kate was fantastic, she helped me with my meal plans and made sure I kept on the right track. The last thing I would like to mention was that I did not starve in order to achieve my results. I just ate healthy, nourishing food.
