"After having my second baby I just wanted to get back to where I was before I fell pregnant. Thanks to MissFit’s training groups I have even surpassed that. I am now fitter and healthier than I have ever been, which is exactly what I needed so I could keep up with my busy family and two active boys.
Getting back into my exercise regime as soon as the Doctor gave her ok was the best thing I could have done. Even if I had to stop and breastfeed half way through a training session, it didn’t matter as I was surrounded by only females which worked well for me and made me feel comfortable and really at ease.
My second son turns 1 soon and I'm now training for a half marathon in August which has been a dream of mine for some time.
